Get Inspired: Sailing Photography

There’s something very inspiring about sitting on a beach listening to the waves roll in and crash on the shore.  Looking out at the vast expanse makes  you wonder what is out there, not just above water, but very deep below.  I’ve always wanted to go beyond sitting at the beach and learn how to sail. This morning I woke up thinking about how very awesome it must be.  On TV and in magazines, it looks flawlessly easy, but I’m sure it’s hard work.  Somehow though, it seems extremely rewarding.  I’ve never sailed, but maybe I’ll add it to my to do list (and I should – because, hey – I own a pair of Sperry’s).  Below, some photos to inspire you or encourage your daydreaming on this Monday.

But more wonderful than the lore of old men and the lore of books is the secret lore of ocean.
